There are three: the Long Tenure Model (Full-Time Employment), a contract of more than 6 months where work hours can be switched to your business needs; the Kickstart, Utilize & Verve Model, which runs for 3 to 6 months and bills for the work done; and the On request service provider (ORSP) Model for immediate needs, where you pay only for the hours worked.
